ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- Membership: Presenting author must be an NSI member (Annual/Life) or have applied.
- Language: Abstracts must be in English.
- Accuracy: Authors are responsible for spelling, grammar, and content.
- Author Role: The submitting author is the presenting author. Acceptance is not transferable. Presenting author must register for the conference.
- Submission Method: Only via online portal. No fax, post, or email submissions allowed.
- For Young Scientists Award: Submit 1 hard copy of the full paper to the Organizing Secretary and email soft copy to: nsihyderabad@yahoo.com
DEADLINES
Abstract Submission Deadline: 31st August 2025
ABSTRACT FORMAT & RULES
- Title Limit: 30 words
- Abstract Body Limit: 350 words
- Required Structure:
- Background & Objectives: Purpose, objectives, hypothesis or problem statement.
- Materials & Methods: Study setting, design, population, data collection and analysis methods.
- Results: Summarized findings or outcomes.
- Conclusion: Main outcomes and discussion.
- Note: Do not include images, graphs, or tables.
POST-SUBMISSION
- A unique Abstract ID will be emailed upon submission.
- Authors must check their email regularly for updates.
REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE
Oral and Poster Sessions:
- Reviewed by a panel of the scientific committee.
- Abstracts not selected for oral will be considered for poster presentation.
- Inappropriate abstracts will be rejected.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the souvenir book and on the conference website.
Young Scientists Award Session:
- The abstract and full paper will be reviewed by judges.
- Accepted submissions will appear in the souvenir book and on the website.
