Instructions for Registration & Accommodation

(th Annual Conference & Pre-Conference Workshops – NSI)

1. Purpose

  • This online form is for registration for the conference, pre-conference workshop, and dormitory accommodation.

2. What’s included in registration fee:

  • Access to conference events
  • Delegate kit
  • Refreshments and meal during the event

3. Important Rules:

  • Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Registration for the main conference is mandatory.
  • Use the payment calculator to determine the total fee: Main conference + Pre-conference workshop (if applicable) + accommodation (if needed).
  • Pay the total fee before filling out the online form.
  • Each participant must fill an individual form, even if payment is combined.

4. Payment Methods Accepted:

  • NEFT / Net banking
  • Demand Draft (DD)

5. Accommodation Details:

  • Reservation is confirmed only after full payment for all days.
  • No pickup facility is provided.
  • Accommodation details, including the full address, will be emailed to the registered email ID.
  • The Conference Venue is is Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, North Coimbatore Campus (Near TVS Showroom), Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore. for reaching the venue.
  • Accommodation is available for students on-campus on payment basis (first-cum first-serve basis).
  • For hotel accommodation (non-dormitory), please book directly using the options listed on the official website. Note: Organizers are not responsible for hotel bookings.

6. Online Form Submission:

  • Only online submission is accepted; offline submissions will not be considered.
  • No edits are allowed after form submission.
  • Ensure all details are correct before submitting (especially name, address, email, mobile number, affiliations, fee details, etc.).

7. After Submission:

  • A Registration Number will be sent to your email — retain it for all future communication.
  • A payment receipt will be sent after verification of payment.
