ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

  • Membership: Presenting author must be an NSI member (Annual/Life) or have applied.
  • Language: Abstracts must be in English.
  • Accuracy: Authors are responsible for spelling, grammar, and content.
  • Author Role: The person submitting an abstract is considered to be the presenting author. Acceptance is not transferable to co-authors. The presenting author must register for the conference..
  • Submission Method: Only through the online portal. Submissions via fax, post, or email will not be accepted.
  • For Oral and Poster Presentation: Soft copy of the abstract must be emailed to: nsihyderabad@yahoo.com
  • For Young Scientists Award:
    Along with the online abstract submission, 1 hardcopy of the full paper must be submitted to the Organizing Secretary.

Full Paper Submission for Young Scientist Award: 31st July 2026

ABSTRACT FORMAT & RULES

  • Title Limit: 30 words
  • Abstract Body Limit: 350 words
  • Required Structure:
    • Background & Objectives: Indicate the purpose and objective of the research, the hypothesis that was tested or a description of the problem being analyzed or evaluated.
    • Materials & Methods: Describe the setting / location for the study, study design, study population, data collection and methods of analysis used.
    • Results: Present as clearly and detailed as possible the findings / outcome of the study, with specific results in summarized form.
    • Conclusion: Briefly discuss the data and main outcome of the study.
  • Note: Do not include images, graphs, or tables.

POST-SUBMISSION

  • A unique Abstract ID will be emailed upon submission.
  • Authors must check email regularly for further updates.

REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE

Oral and Poster Sessions:

  • Abstracts are reviewed by a panel of scientific committee.
  • Abstracts not accepted for oral presentation, will be considered for poster presentation.
  • Inappropriate abstracts will be rejected.
  • Accepted abstracts will appear in the souvenir book of the conference and made available on the conference website.

Young Scientists Award Session:

  • The Abstract will be merged with the full paper and sent to the panel of judges for scrutiny.
  • Accepted abstracts will appear in the souvenir book of the conference and made available on the conference website.
